Photo3D uses Photoshop and 3D modeling to seamlessly replicate the style and culture of the 1980s, delivering an authentic retro aesthetic. Some processes require artificial intelligence body scanning to map out the proportions of the model's body and add a little height. After the scanning was done, a 3D model was generated to pose for pictures. Photoshop and a bit of 3D modeling were then used to create the final output. We used Michael Jackson's Thriller album (For the "Smooth" work) and other music artist's album covers for our reference for this project. (No 80's music artist's album cover was fed to AI, only human models.)
